The Power of Your Mind

In reading many testimonials about healing, one thing that stood out to me is that people have to find a way to heal from their emotional trauma and baggage, as it is the source of internal toxicity. You can’t clean up external toxicity and ignore what has been buried away yet still festering inside of you.

We are energy beings.

All things are made up of this vibrational energy.  Our thoughts also contain this vibrational energy in the form of frequencies that we broadcast out to the people around us, and this same signal is then reflected back to us. That is a powerful statement, how did it make you feel?
This post is to help you become more aware of the energies that you are broadcasting out and how they may be silently sabotaging your health and emotional well being.

What are your predominant thoughts about yourself and your health?

If you have frequent negative thoughts such as fear, discouragement, sadness, anger and repeated complaints about your health, all of these will be reflected back to you in the form of more fear, discouragement, sadness, anger, and more health problems to deal with. Concentrating on pain and illness will only create more pain and illness in your life.
I would like you to become more aware of your predominate thoughts and feelings and then think of ways to cultivate more positivity and joy about yourself and then use this information to begin to take positive steps that promote well being and good health.

Do you love yourself?

That is a powerful question to answer?  What would your answer be, and what would it take to love and support yourself more?  Maybe do some journaling on this question and see if you come up with more ways to love and support yourself more.

Who do you surround yourself with?

The people around you will directly influence your energy system. If you surround yourself with unhappy, negative people, their energy will also have an impact on you.  Surround yourself with positive people and you will also partake in their positive energy.

What are you listening to?
Music is extremely powerful. I would encourage you to listen to classical and meditation music regularly because it is relaxing to the body and very powerful.  In  this post, I mentioned that cancer is the result when cells become rogue and are no longer communicating with the cells that surround it.  If energy truly is vibrational and our bodies and our cells are made up of fluid, then music offers a path to incorporating cohesive vibrational synchronicity.  You can also find healing frequencies on YouTube or other streaming services that can help to synchronize and energize your body.
Using your voice for good
Eliminate the habit of complaining and gossiping to avoid getting stuck in unnecessary drama. Become aware of the thoughts that you are thinking and the words that you are speaking. Is the message you are sending out about joy and love for those around you, or despair and drama.
Another way to use your voice is singing and humming. Both of these stimulate the vagus nerve and this is beneficial for stress relief, boost serotonin and dopamine to improve mood and a sense of calm, and can also regulate the immune system and promote overall well-being. Sing loud and hit the high notes, sing like no one is watching you, and sing with joy!
Stay positive with what you are exposing yourself to
Pay attention to what you are watching and reading.  Look for programs and books that contain wholesome, positive messaging that promotes self improvement, emotional healing, humor, or any other values that you wish to promote more of in your daily life. Stay away from anything that causes you emotional toxicity.
DEVELOPING A HEALING MINDSET
Having an attitude of gratitude
Do you want to begin making changes in your life today, then begin by cultivating an attitude of gratitude.
If you feel that you have nothing to be thankful for right now as things are really bad, then start by being grateful for the air that you are breathing, the food that you are eating, and the water that you are drinking.  There are many on this earth who do not have even those in a consistent manner.  If you are among the fortunate, then express gratitude for that.
Going forward, try to think of a few things every day that you are grateful for and then express that gratitude to God, or out to the universe. Gratitude is a simple and powerful tool to help open the door to having more good things naturally flow into your life.
Sending healing blessings to others
Another very powerful healing tool is to send healing blessings out to others as these blessings will be returned back to you.  These can be silent prayers and blessings that you send out with your intention, or by giving your time and attention to others who are in need. I do this whenever I hear a troubling story in my daily encounters, and I send silent blessing for their complete healing. Don’t keep score, just do it and have faith that this energy is also being returned back to you.
